GYM DUMBBELL WORKOUTS – BEGINNER

Are you working out at the gym?! Do you need some guidance? Welcome to gym dumbbell workouts, just simply follow along these programs and enjoy amazing results! Dumbbells are easy to use and easily modified with the variety of weight amounts. Now let’s get started!

Beginner Full Body Program – 3 Days A Week

DAY 1:

Straight sets, complete a set of an exercise and take a break of 30 to 60 seconds and then complete the remainder of sets required before moving on to the next exercise.

Notes: Warm up for 5 minutes before completing the routine, choose something that creates the most body movement such as walking or using the elliptical. After completing the routine make sure to stretch all the major muscles used in the workout.

DAY 2:

Supersets – complete both exercises back to back without a break, complete the amount of rounds required and then move on to the next combination.
