The classes are fantastic, I am far from being in shape and the first class I took was welcoming and accommodating. I felt amazing afterwards. The classes are challenging, fun and help build your confidence in a positive social setting. Brent is a fantastic personal trainer who carefully listens to your needs, and wants to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Brent and Rick do a phenomenal job working with you to achieve a healthy better you. The gym itself is well laid out, clean and easily accessible. The equipment is new and well maintained. There are a very of machines, weights, mats for Calisthenics, equipment for weight training , resistance training and more.

Coming home to visit we needed a place to get our workouts done. PFC did not disappoint! Great team and great set up!

Postma Fitness is a hidden gem of a gym! Facility has all the equipment you need plus group classes for all abilities. Staff is very friendly, willing to answer any questions and also provides individual programs.
